How do I receive my license key?

Right after successful payment we send the key to the email you entered. Check spam folder if not received within 10 minutes.

Can I use one license on multiple devices?

Personal license is bound to one device. If you change PC, contact support and we'll reset the binding for free.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards via Stripe and Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, Revolut, and direct bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT) for Provider and Enterprise.

Is the trial truly free?

Can I get a refund?

Do you offer invoices for businesses?

Yes. Provider and Enterprise customers get a proper VAT invoice automatically. For Personal plans you can request one by email.

Windows shows "Unknown publisher" when I install — is the file safe?

Yes, completely safe. Lynvizo Play is a new app without a paid code-signing certificate yet, so Windows SmartScreen shows this notice for any unrecognised installer. Click "More info" then "Run anyway" to continue. The file contains no ads, no bundled software, no telemetry — you can verify it on VirusTotal first if you want.
